“We come from Reims and we have been relocated to Aix-en-Provence: what a joy! But what a disappointment when we tried to look for a house to buy: we did not know the villages and their characteristics nor the travel time, nor the market prices and we lost a lot of time and energy during our first searches . We have heard about Settling In Provence by a knowledge of an acquaintance a bit by chance in fact! The first telephone contact I had with Sandrine went very well and I immediately had confidence in her approach. Indeed, Sandrine and Valérie have helped us a lot:
– they know the area and have been able to give us valuable advice on localities regarding travel times, schools and school transport.
– by visiting the property for us, they removed from our search all the houses with big defects that real estate agents usually omit mentioning! So we have gained a lot in time and stress!
– they know the market prices and know how to conduct a negotiation by giving a fair estimate of goods neither too high but not too low so as not to offend the sellers.
– they allowed us to relax during this complicated period !!
And thanks to them, we bought a house in Aix, negotiated at the price they had indicated !! In addition to their effectiveness, Sandrine and Valerie are charming and intelligent. Another big thank you to them !!!”
